Yes and no - libraries will have information curated by professionals to ensure its honest and reliable - but not also not censoring access to books. People need similar support to properly use the internet effectively until they have the skills and knowledge to do it themself

As you say the technical interaction is improving no end. But it’s the soft knowledge management - awareness skills where more face to face support is needed. Not just classes but someone to help when needed
