Do you think Jeremy Corbyn’s approach to Brexit is correct?

No. He has enabled the Tories to place the UK on the very edge of a disastrous no deal

He has offered no opposition, just mixed messages to keep his membership on side. His whole priority is an election,
#Brexit almost being an annoying hindrance to his grand plans.1 antwoord 0 retweets 0 vind-ik-leuks -

He has / we have respected a democratic mandate - as should all democrats. I voted remain and was gutted when Wales voted Leave, but in time realised ignoring the majority vote is a dangerous precedent to set. Are you / Plaid happy to ignore the majority of the Welsh electorate?

Are you happy to accept a vote to a blank piece of paper, because that is what you are doing? It has taken 2 1/2 years to find out what we voted for & as a party, we believe it's not undemocratic for the UK to confirm this is what they wanted. It will after all, be final.

Those technical queries should have been raised at the time of the vote - did you raise them at the time? Would you have raised them if the referendum had said Remain? Or are you raising them because it didn’t go our way? Even though I voted Remain I despair at pouting Remainerspic.twitter.com/dICK6HmYc8

All our MPs voted against article 50 as there was no clarity on what people had voted for. Our part also campaigned for remain, as there was no leave option that would not damage Wales. We then consistently campaigned to stay in both the SM & CU.

Back to my original point - are you and Plaid happy to disregard the majority who voted Leave in Wales? You can include as many ‘ifs, buts and maybes’ but this is the core question. Yes or No

Binary questions are why we are in this mess in the first place. Our policy since the day after the referendum has been to stay in the SM & CU. However, the voice of Wales has been completely ignored since that date, apart from taking back 26 devolved powers for no good reason.

We can’t counter the voice of Wales being ignored by choosing to ignore 17 million voices though
