Really annoying - @ElfynEvans is the 5th most successful driver in terms of podium finishes in the new generation cars in 2017 & 2018. He’s one of only 7 drivers to win a WRC event in the new cars. Elfyn is the most successful WRC driver outside of Ogier,Tanak, Neuville & Latvalahttps://twitter.com/pjhj51/status/1071089243768963077 …

Sorry but you need to show a comparison of podiums vs entries. Evans did two full seasons, those others only had one or part-seasons.

Eddie true to my word the stats-Podium Success Rate per WRC Start 2017/2018 Dani Sordo - 21% Elfyn Evans - 19% Esepeka Lappi - 19% Hayden Paddon - 17% Kris Meeke - 17% Mads Ostberg - 13% Andreas Mikkelsen- 13% Craig Breen - 5%

But he'll probably be judged more on 2018. Fewer points, fastest times and podiums when he was on Michelin tyres. No progress.

You obviously think he doesn't deserve a drive next year. So who takes his place?

Elfyn has had 4 full seasons so now maybe time to give someone else a chance to see if they can do better. There are a few candidates. Ostberg and Breen are obvious, plus several top WRC2 drivers would be worth a try.

Breen is a ‘crash and burn’ merchant as the stats clearly prove. Anyone can drive flat all the time and crash. Ostberg has got an attitude problem - 120 starts in WRC and only 1 win,vs Elfyn’ 80 starts and 1 win. So how’s he better? You are ignoring facts for your own favourites

Ostberg's one win also came from Hirvonen, who finished first, being disqualified on a technicality.
