Go for independence!!! Oh no you can’t as you are an unionist party and comrade corbyn would be upset!!

Jeremy is a firm believer in self-determination and I’m sure if there was a significant groundswell for independence in Wales he would not stand in the way of a vote. I personally don’t think such a groundswell exists. Perhaps Plaid could commission a pollster to find out?

Maybe they will.I would rather see a coalition in the next assembly and the whole of Wales receive equal investment etc and not just the Labour heartlands as seems to happen at present-Skatesville in the North and the M4 corridor and the Valleys. Mid and West Wales are forgotten

I haven’t seen any data on per capita spend by constituency - both capital and revenue - and this could provide the evidence to substantiate your assertion. Perhaps Plaid researchers could do that. We need evidence of alleged gerrymandering and not hunches or sound bites

Why do you mention Plaid? I have never been a member and haven't voted Plaid for 8+ years!I am not alleging gerrymandering but how does millions go to attract investment and make improvements in some certain areas while links in Mid Wales haven't changed in decades.

I mentioned Plaid because I have heard similar questions from Plaid supporters in mid Wales. And I think we need the evidence to prove or disprove it - as they have asked such questions it makes sense for their researchers to do it

I would welcome some research. IMHO poor infrastructure is holding back investment from companies and as a result opportunities for young people can be limited. Historical employment such as farming is not an option for many due to falling prices for goods etc.

I’m not arguing. We are one Wales and all parts have challenges. If there is underinvestment in mid Wales it has to be addressed. The biggest problem is the Barnett Formula penalises Wales as its population has grown while Scotland’s has fallen. We are carving up a too small cake

Definitely things need to change with funding and also the carving of the cake. Wales is certainly short changed at present

Wales gets more than it produces. Instead of whinging about getting more money. Wales should shake of the left wing ideology that is holding back development and innovation.
