@YouGov are Tory owned and run and don’t care about Wales. We should statutory regulation of pollsters. YouGov do report separately for Scotland though. And you said Labour were bad!

It is sample sizes, on a small UK-wide sample Welsh respondents shouldn't statistically be reported separately as the data would have such wide confidence levels that it would be close to useless, two simple answers - more Wales polls and/or boost the Welsh sample size
