Fair point - but I think there is a significant difference between a direct decision by the populace via referendum and a decision by their democratically elected representatives responding to a range of pressures. Are you happy ignoring the choice of the 52% - I’m not

We had referendum to stay in the Common Market in '75. If you accept as Cameron did, that things had changed & therefore a new endorsement of our membership was desirable in 2016, how can you logically refuse another referendum now that the details of our exit are clear ?

Cameron only did it in 2016 for internal Tory party purposes - it backfired and we pay the price while swans off
