Seriously! And also when their main argument was that “well, we’ve never had to deal with this before”. Like that was justification for throwing the whole system out.
My favorite moment from Wednesday's trial was when Gov. Newsom's attorney said our ideas about separation of powers work well "in theory." Over two centuries of American history show they work pretty well in practice too.

From his one man rule, it’s wiping out our rights in California. Meanwhile, friends in various states are bringing their kids to pumpkin patches, kids in full time school with no masks (how it should be!!) and football games are being played with tons of fans!!!
