    TypeScript devs: Nothing says you have to name type parameters like T, U, etc. You can use good names! The sky is the limit!

    - The Ionic DevApp has been retired, so the CLI flag for it has been removed. (We couldn’t use it with our app due to the DevApp binary not supporting the Cordova plugins we use.) 2/3

    The new version of PWA Builder is out. —New Web Components —PWA Launcher Packaging now includes 1) a ready-to-PlayStore launcher APK, 2) macOS build, 3) Windows 10 package and a nice mention to Samsung Galaxy Apps distribution. Packaging for iOS was removed as announced.

    If you wanted to understand Ionic, then this is it. Like Electron, we believe the best way to build apps is on the web platform. Not through "web-like" approaches, or using JS but not DOM/HTML/etc. But through the literal web browser stack. The APIs, DOM, etc. All of it!
