Watched it happen in a Nursing home. Pt was pissed at a staff member. That staff member claimed abuse. Pt pissed he was being removed from a big window room. Couldn't see his family. While he recovered. Staff called FD to haul him to ER for TIA. FD set straight. PT stayed.
