Here is a much better idea. Waking. 12oz papaya nectar. Breakfast. Brewed coffee with cream 3 boiled eggs and a tomato Lunch. Cheese quesadilla, sour cream, and salsa Supper. Whatever you want because hormonal reset is BS.
