And...3.5 hours after the scheduled appointment, when I'm in the middle of compost, the surgeon calls. For the whole ten minute appointment.

And we haven't had the appointment yet, so the doctor isn't officially on the care team, and we can't send a message to that office asking status via online form. Because of course the office closed an hour ago.

Office told me no way I could have gotten status update from @kpwashington online that anything was delayed. Did not explain why nobody called us. It could be 1-2 weeks to reschedule, and further delay needed surgery. So sitting in heat with elderly relative, waiting for call.

Hottest day of the year. Waiting for phone appt with @kpwashington surgeon. Scheduler told me call would be btwn 30 mins before or after appt. Online said 15. Ready by 3:30 for 4:00 appt. Called office at 4:30. Surgeon still in surgery, one phone call ahead of us. 5:45. No call.

Teens and pre-teens, school is back in session. Can you find something better to do than willfully wreck a children's playground at a church?

My pet peeve: using a a real estate search engine to look for houses with 3 baths, and getting pages of results with 2.25 or 2.5 baths. If only my math teachers had let me get away with that type of rounding error!

Developer tip: if you're writing an app for kids learning to read, and it has a voice recognition component (for the kid speaking what they see), ask how many teeth they're missing. Three missing front teeth can make it hard to get past "Sue threw the shoe."
