Howling Abyss style cards dont belong in Runeterra

Howling Abyss is a big part of the lore, and its literally a 7 mana do nothing. Maybe you are right about not having multiple cards with this much rng but this feels balanced.
Yeah im not saying its op but this kind of rng is just something i really dislike. i would prefer a pool of set champions or something more predictable

Disagree on the „7 mana do nothing“. The card is slow but insanely powerful if used right with enough time. So yeah,agree on keppada with this card not belonging to the game.
