@RiotUmbrage how are the 16 strongest countries determined for masters europe tournament? Is it only average of 3 best players from each country or is the sample size bigger? Is there bigger emphasis on top spots of the ladder (for example top 3)?

From my understanding, the determining factor is the highest ranked individual. So if you are #3 in the ladder, and then the next players of your country are not even masters rank, they still qualify because of you.
