I peaked at rank 2 eu with a deck that plays 28/40 new cards and was one of the first masters in eu with nocturne diana. Dunno where you get that info..
I get that info from playing games, i literally see no one running Targon. I get that all you players want is comp & more comp but understand that you guys are in the minority here. A normal player like me only sees burn, scouts and more burn & whenever anyone here plays Targon
They just get burned. Bilgewater & noxus & shadow isles are still the majority archetypes & if you think that's not a problem with the release of a new expansion then i dunno what to tell you.
