2/3. I think the game is on an amazing spot when we concider we only have base-set and 1,5 expansions. Try playing Hearthstone or MTG with just one core set and 2 expansions. We have less garbage cards and very regular balance patches.Even casual players can actually afford cards
3/3 I have played 5 different card games on high level and what @PlayRuneterra has achieved in only couple sets is amazing. If we get spectator mode and esports program it will be the very best cardgame out there. Give the amazing devs some credit and stop complaining. #runeterra

There is more than 30 viable decks right now, they are masters viable and tournament viable to some extent, and i agree there is a lot unexplored right now, i cant imagine how many more there would be if there was any incentive to do well in ladder or tournaments.
This x10. Im 100% sure there would be even more diversity if there were real incentives to do well!
People don't realize that it's not the devs job to get people to play different decks on ladder. When there's SO much possibility yet we only see a small number of different decks (I'd argue that it's confirmation bias not stats but regardless) it's not the devs fault
The devs' job is to put out options for people to choose from and have those options be relatively balanced. The fact that allegedly people are choosing a small number of the possible options doesn't mean that the new cards need to be added/ changed
