Right, so even in this world were you succesfully shuffled two bombs into my deck then one (slightly more impactful than the rest) out of my twentynine cards (unless Im playing Paladin) is shut down for some time. This seems quite beatable to me Gallon
But you need to make your deck weaker to begin with when you can't play doubles just to have one effect that can be shut down with two bombs
In the Renolock days people tried over and over to build 2-of Warlock but always failed. Turns out that if you have to make your deck that much weaker due to Highlander its not worth it. I dont think the Highlander style have been that much of a downside at all
