.@Porthouse2021, Kent State’s outdoor summer theatre located on the grounds of Blossom Music Center, will present its 55th season with "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum," "The Marvelous Wonderettes," and "The Prom." Tickets go on sale May 20.

A literature professor from Chonnam National University in Gwangju, South Korea is wrapping up a year as a visiting scholar at Kent State with hopes of creating an exchange program between the two schools based on their historic campus tragedies.

The family will grow by about 5,500 new graduates as the university holds its spring commencement ceremonies. The accomplishments of the Spring Class of 2023 will be recognized with in-person commencement ceremonies on May 11-13 and May 19.
