Thanks to our lovely web game dev discord community (webgamedev.com), I was able to get help to fix one of my long standing issues.
Now I can do sphere ray-marching with depth testing -> so atmospheres! (really strobe-light-y and radioactive! WIP)

btw I deployed these changes, now some planets will randomly be assigned these nonsensical radioactive atmospheres worlds.kenny.wtf have fun (it'll probably crash your browser :D)
