BREAKING: Heather Zalatimo, former acting Chief Information Security Officer of SF's Department of Public Health, was arrested for her role in entering into an IT contract in which she had a financial interest, per @SFDAOffice.
Zalatimo was arraigned today pleaded not guilty.
