Thanks for letting us know about your excellent driver! It's a been a tough morning for many commuters in that neighborhood and we appreciate your kind words. We'll share this with him & his supervisor in a formal commendation. 
I want to give a shout out to the driver of @kcmetrobus coach 6083 for keeping everyone up to date about the traffic conditions that are making this C line ride a lot longer this morning.
