I know how they DON'T work, certainly! And they DON'T work to cure a person, because you cannot be cured of mental illness, whether it's gender dysphoria or PTSD. What therapy is designed to do is simply give you tools and mechanisms to live your life WITH the mental illness.

But not go out and force your ideals on people.

Are you forcing your ideals on people when you ask them to not do things that trigger your PTSD?

No I’m asking them to have consideration. Trans people, or people like you, automatically call people like me who don’t want to be forced into using made up genders, transphobic.

Probably because it's transphobic to call them 'made up genders', dude. That's like saying, 'Well, why would they call me homophobic? I only said that gay people are just confused and need to stop being gay!' You wanna stop being called transphobic? Stop acting transphobic.

Then explain calegander? What about heliogender? Jupitergender? Flowergender? You see where I’m going?

Yeah, down a shitty transphobic road. What does it matter what their gender is? Not your life. They want to be called 'He', 'She', 'They', 'Xie', etc. then just call them that and move on with your life. Easy peasy.

No I’m not as it goes against natural science.

Except it doesn't. It's neurology-based. It's psychology-based. It's anthropology-based. Those are all sciences. Just because you don't understand it doesn't mean it's not scientific. Glasses are against natural science. You against glasses, too?

As a person who wears glasses I see that it comes from medical science. Yet when a man “decides” to cut of his genitalia, would that be natural?

Is circumcision? Is a vasectomy? Is surgery to repair a hernia? Is surgery to remove cancer? I could go on, dude. Anytime we do ANYTHING to change our biology it's not technically 'natural'. But then most of us would be dead if we all pushed for 100% natural.

Circumcision is not only a religious act but does keep germs from forming on the head of the penis. Vasectomy for population control, some would argue. Yet if someone is suffering from a mental disorder “wants” to chop off his genitalia that’s not natural or normal.

Well good news for you - not all trans people want or choose to have that surgery. Some are content with their brains not matching their genitals. Also, why does it always come back to the castration for men? Are you as appalled by trans men who want a penis?

If you get a tattoo, am I supposed to prevent you from getting it, in case you regret it later? If you get a vasectomy, same idea. What about getting a ball removed for cancer, or a hernia repaired? Their potential regret is not your concern.

If you believe that getting a tattoo would be a bad idea based on a, b, and c then yeah might want to say something. Same with a vasectomy. Yet why are you comparing a cancerous testicle with a tattoo? If I’m not wanting to get it removed, then why would you keep your mouth shut?

Because it's your body and your choice what to do with it. If you choose not to remove a cancerous growth, then yeah, I think that's foolish, but perhaps you have your reasons, and presumably you are an adult, so you can make your own decisions. Same with a trans person.

If I decided not to have a cancerous growth removed then you should not keep your mouth shut and tell me that it would be a whole lot better to get it removed. Same thing if a guy who thinks he’s a woman wants to remove his penis should be asked “are you really sure you want to

It's not my business to give you medical advice. I'm not your doctor. And neither are you these trans people's. You still never answered, either - why is it always about the castration for you men? Why have you not touched on trans men who get a penis grafted on?
