    I should have guessed that Roy's Rant today would be about CQC, following the Paterson inquiry report. Apparently we can spot quality problems through "data, alogorithsm and machine learning". Except the evidence says we can't. Links to research (who needs that!) follow...

    Yes, after Harry died they did contact the agency and got his CV and references - DM me if you want to see them. Based on what I have seen I would not have allowed him to operate as a Registrar let alone be in charge that night.

    Someone has to admit or be willing to professionally investigate if there's been a serious incident to begin with. This is where the trouble seems to start. The orgs' effort/skill is currently on avoiding ⬆️ not on learning or improving.
