The "base" day off is 20 day, the "extra" day off after the 25th year of age +1. You get 1 extra day in every 2 or 3 years-the limit is 30 days/year at age 45. Offcorse, there're some other extras, like after 1 child +2, after 2 child +4, and ater 3< is +7.
