This is very good advice. Twitter success hinges on engagement, not tweet quality. I mean, just look at how many incredibly stupid tweets we all QT or respond to even to mock or trash them.

I really don't understand why every tech or online company other than Apple and Amazon have to be such massive fuckups. It shouldn't take 2 minutes, much less 2 days, to be able to change an email account or its associated password.
