She THREW a dart at the ground. And she's a child. Apparently, you are too.

The girl was experiencing a child's natural fear of the loud noise the balloon would make, on top of the pressure & stress of being asked to perform like a trained seal in public. She throws the dart at the ground & Mom slaps her -- for embarrassing Mom. Narcissistic parents ...
-
The weird thing is, no one felt anything but compassion for the scared child. I can tell from their laughter when mom’s balloon flew away! They knew she deserved it. THAT’S where her embarrassment should be, losing the balloon because she smacked her kid for being scared.

Not taking anyone’s side but i think the mother’s reaction was harsh because she realized the girl could have hit someone with the dart. There was a man with a baby standing right in front... too many emotions all around
-
There is absolutely no way that girl was hitting anyone with a dart. And the mother's reaction was because she was embarrassed. And you literally took the mother's side.

Social media has turned many of us into addicts. We need that outside validation to remind us we’re just as good as everyone else. When our serotonin score is threatened we freak. It’s not good.

I’m sure she’ll be telling her future therapist about the time her mom took her hand and slapped it one time for throwing a sharp object toward people... thank god people like you are here to break up unhappy families and judge them
-
the mom's anger was probably what the kid will remember
