    2/2 horse is a puppy -proof. Colter when I walked over to him. He wanted scratching. It’s something to see a 1200 lb. animal go on his side for a scratch.

    Christians are called to weep with those who weep. It’s not helpful to tell someone in their moment of weeping the reasons they shouldn’t be weeping. Compassion and empathy should be our first response

    Do any otherwise reasonably capable adults revert to distressed toddlers/grade schoolers when cleaning your rooms? I’m afraid it’s just me and there’s something really wrong with me. Review 200 page legislative proposal? No prob. Organize drawers & closets? I want to cry & hide.

    Coloradans are saying “let it snow” to quench the fires. When it gets this cold (feels like -2) & you have to go outside for animal care (or, er, your wonderful husband does) you break out this clothing magnificence that we’ve dubbed “the Ranch Onesie.” It’s all the fashion rage.

    My mom’s friend is coming soon to fulfill a lifelong dream of hers of trail riding. She has magical memories of riding as a young girl & some 50 years later we’re gonna hit the trail. I’ll post pics ‘cause the smile will be worth gold. Do that thing you want to. Life is short.
