@TeamYouTube Hi, i have not been able to SUBSCRIBE to other Channels for almost a month now. I keep getting this message " There is a problem with the network (503)". I have done everything to rectify it but to no avail, Please what do you suggest i do about this?

I am on Samsung Galaxy S5. I have uninstalled the app and installed it back, i have cleared the cache and also cleared the storage in the app, i have put off my data and phone , put it back on and its still the same. I have also updated my youtube app but its still the same.

Thanks for the info. Can you try switching networks, WiFi to cellular and vice versa to see if that makes a difference? Also, let us know if this is happening across devices. Keep us posted.

Hi, i switched between devices and also switched from cellular to wifi and vice versa, and its still giving me the same issue of not been able to subscribe. Please help out.
