This all started when
@gaywonk and@voxdotcom started whining about a comedian telling jokes about them. This is what triggered all the actions of@YouTube the last couple of days.22 replies 49 retweets 627 likes -

It was homophobic slurs that incited serious harassment from their followers. They weren't "wining about jokes". YouTube, instead of following their own policy, decided to take down unrelated content that didn't violate their rules, leaving this content alone since it makes money

Unlike crowder who clearly condones doxxing, ya boy Maza actually was inciting his fanbase to actually commit violence.pic.twitter.com/3rJwOczESM

I see no calls for violence here, and even if there were any, that doesn't excuse YouTube allowing harassment like that to go on without taking appropriate action, and it certainly doesn't excuse them punishing channels that don't even violate their rules.

throwing some object to someone is a crime in many countries. I don't know how did you reached to the conclusion that its not violence when it clearly is.

It's a crime, it's harassment, but it's not violence. It's humiliation, not physical harm.

In my area, at least, the law doesn't care if it's a fist or a milkshake. What matters is that you hit someone with something. Congratulations, you're getting done for assault and battery.

Oh yeah, the law doesn't care, but the reality of its impact is certainly different even if the law doesn't distinguish it.
