The continued assault on the Affordable Care Act begins again tomorrow when opening briefs will be filed with the Supreme Court in California v Texas. This case, backed by Gov. DeSantis and AG Moody could strike down the ACA in the midst of an economic crisis and pandemic. 1/4
Florida has nearly two million people enrolled in ACA Marketplaces, the highest enrollment in the country. Another 800,000 Floridians are stuck in the coverage gap and would be eligible for coverage under Medicaid Expansion. 2/4
