The continued assault on the Affordable Care Act begins again tomorrow when opening briefs will be filed with the Supreme Court in California v Texas. This case, backed by Gov. DeSantis and AG Moody could strike down the ACA in the midst of an economic crisis and pandemic. 1/4

When Floridians are in the middle of an exploding pandemic and need coverage, Governor DeSantis and AG Moody are attempting to strip them of their healthcare. I call on them to withdraw from this disastrous suit. It is cruel and imperils the health of every Floridian. 3/4
