It’s official! Fox has ordered a pilot based on my article about genetic genealogists Colleen Fitzpatrick and Margaret Press. I co-wrote the pilot with showrunner Chris Levinson. We will executive produce the show with Paramount and Anonymous Content.

  9. I spent some time yesterday trying to track down that design of Mardi Gras token without a result. There are tons of designs, and a lot of them have wound up being sold online. I don't know if there area any dance troupes down there that would recognize that design.

  10. There are no exclusions listed on his Namus case file. I think it's very likely that this man has been missing for 40+ years. He's been unidentified for 38. Maybe getting more eyes on this information will help give him his name back.

  16. And it's important to note that it will be difficult to find missing persons reports for a young black man going missing in that area at the time he would have gone missing. The AME church would have a better chance of having information on who went missing, IMO.

  17. Why am I giving you this background? Because, there's a pretty good chance that this young man may have been a student who went missing from this college sometime in between 1969-1978, but I am leaning towards the earlier part of that based on his attire.
