He campaigned on not enforcing the law, and had since lived up to his promises.

That is 100% false. He campaigned on enforcing the law AND leveraging the authority of the office to both (a) support victims and (b) work to reduce recidivism and crime in general.

His campaign promise was to prosecute “landlords and corporations,” not “whoever the cops arrest”. That’s not law enforcement, that’s trying to weaponise the laws against political opponents at the expense of the ordinary people.

Every DA prioritizes cases. Boudin saying he would prioritize prosecutions of law-breaking that previous DAs (like most in America) let slide doesn’t mean he won’t also prosecute violent criminals. In fact, he has said he will.

He has a history of not prosecuting violent criminals.

He’s been in office less than 6 months. There hasn’t been enough time for a history of prosecuting, let alone a ”history of not prosecuting”. But the haters have been hating since before he was even sworn in.

You missed the part about Chesa FOLLOWING THE WISHES OF THE VICTIM in his decision on that one: https://nextshark.com/dwayne-grayson-charges-dropped-sf-district-attorney/ …

He talked to the victim to get him to agree to it. He’s exploiting a vulnerable marginalized senior.

You seriously need to take that red pill. You’re accusing Boudin of not taking victims into account, and at the same time refusing to believe victims when they say he’s doing what they want.

Did the victim come to Boudin, and say that he wants to halt prosecution? Just wondering.
