I'm pretty sure that's from Michigan, protests about the Governor's stay at home orders. They wanted haircuts. Many were toting guns and lots (tho not most) were from places other than Michigan. Indiana, California. But, the basic premise is true, they were not gassed or shot.

Don't flush eyes with milk, I beg you. If you want to use it on your skin, go for it, but I've seen infection due to milk and it's not worth it. It's cheaper and easier to use water.
