Sitting in a Starbucks and a Starbucks exec bumped my arm by mistake and then handed me a gift card. We then discussed CX improvements at Starbucks. :)

Same company but in my case, Chad, I had to wait a little too long (from the barista's perspective) and so I was handed a slip for a free coffee next time. Nice that I didn't have to say a single thing or even give a stink eye for my time to be considered as being valuable.
