This is 37-year-old ultramarathon runner Philip Kreycik. He went missing after telling his wife he was going for a run in Pleasanton Ridge Regional Park on Saturday morning.

The documents released by the DAs office also say the suspect in this case, Teaunte Bailey, was also arrested as suspect in a robbery in SF recently, but was released on home arrest instead of being held in jail.

The PC statement also says the suspect, Bailey, was IDed through video of his vehicle near the scene, plus was on parole for burglary & was wearing a GPS ankle monitor at the time, which placed him at the scene.
