It’s Dec 14th - Are you attending the
#EricClanton Pretrial hearing? - my guess is they are trying to hush it up and let him off with a guilty plea and probabtion.
I am on my way right now to Dept 11 in Oakland for the #EricClanton pretrial hearing. It is set for 9:15am but I want to get there early. The courtroom has been packed for earlier hearings and the bailiff stops letting people in when it gets too full.

I really want to know what happens too. I've been following this case ever since he tried to kill the guy with the bike lock.
