    The consequence is that essential and urgent fire safety work is not being done. Leaseholders cannot commit to pay when they have no means to do so. How is the Government intending to break this impasse in the interests of fire safety?

    Q I asked "Leaseholders are reporting that Management companies for their blocks are refusing to sign up to a grant from the Building Safety Fund unless leaseholders also sign an agreement committing them to pay for all other remediation?

    It speaks volumes that there was nothing in the Government's about supporting British farming. Conservatives have abandoned farmers, and their policies have put the future of hundreds of small family farms at risk. Only will stand up for British farming.

    Shoddy builders revealed 👇 Builders take the profits and run leaving the homeowner to pay the price for the builders failings. This is NOT right. Government has to step in and force the construction companies to take responsibility.

    The Government has a responsibility and a duty here. The PM must aid up to 3 million people living in flats that need hugely expensive work to put them right. Leaseholders can not afford £000s to make their homes safe. Govnt must fund the work.

    👇 this is why those that cut corners and breached safety regulations MUST pay NOT leaseholders. the

    Resident commissioned independent fire safety report found that: "Barratt Homes did not comply with fire safety regulations when they completed estate more than 10 years ago"
