She isn't here illegally, she could potentially have her status cancelled if she violated the terms of her visa (which it appears she has) but she is currently here legally. That doesn't make her not despicable for standing by as her husband does horrible things to children

No, she entered the country legally on a tourist visa. She may have taken paid work in the US while on that visa which violates the terms of her stay but she didn't "enter illegally"
