Great that Meet the Press devoted a whole hour to climate change! But why not bring on a Green New Deal advocate like @AOC or @VarshPrakash rather than (or even in addition to!) billionaires and a one-term outgoing Congressman who presided over a defunct, ineffective caucus?https://twitter.com/MeetThePress/status/1079406038787547136 …

It’s still a step in the right direction compared to the baseline, and especially when compared to even a month ago when they failed to adequately cover the government’s climate report. I’d rather take this than nothing. Keep pushing and they’ll eventually catch up.

At its best, the show pulls in barely a few million viewers. The average age of those viewers is ~101. More people probably read your tweet.

You don’t get it.
@MeetThePress sets the discourse inside the beltway influencing coverage across the country. And it leads other news programs in the 25 to 54 age bracket. Its almost 4 million viewers exceeds Fox. And Fox has brainwashed many millions more.@EndClimtSilence

Respectable first step. Will celebrate when media replaces 'believe' with 'accept the reality' in these convos.
