LEFT: Vegan for almost 4 years, high in fruits and veggies (picture taken 2 months ago). RIGHT: 3 weeks into eating mainly high quality animal foods (picture taken yesterday). Skin improving, less puffy face. But the best of all, I don't feel like dying anymore.pic.twitter.com/ds6LOjM2QB

The beginning of food was meat, current status meat and the future will ALWAYS be meat... Stop killing our plants, the give us oxygen to survive. Your conscience.

Tell that to those monks in India who have been vegetarians for thousands of years. If future is the same as past & present, we should continue to have wars, disease, hunger & not just cause extreme pain & misery to fellow mammals who feel & comprehend very similar to us

Primates eating meat for millions of years made us human. It changed our brains. A thousand year old vegetarian culture is no comparison. You can argue with millions of years of evolution if you want to but don't expect to win.

Follow your body. It usually tells you what to eat for optimum health. Everyone is different but mental statements can’t replace what the body actually needs.

Whether some vegans agree or not (actually Idc), humans have been omnivore since forever. Animal fat was the most important factor to develop brain mass. No surprise some vegans (not all, of course), act like idiots.

Actually since brains run on glucose, the expensive tissue hypothesis has never gained much support in the scientific community, but is often used to sell papers and steaks. If it were true lions have huge brains. Cooked starches are the best bet for novel calorie sources.
