I’m not a Christian. I’m not a Muslim. I’m not a Jew. But if Rashida Tlaib says that she will uphold any oath placed upon the Quran, that’s good enough for me. Same as any other religious text. It’s the actual Oath that matters to me.

This is a great example as to why our constitution rcognizes God but separates church from state. We are a nation of laws, not bibles.
