Horrific scene of dead and injured in a sewage ditch they'd been standing in for hours waiting outside HKIA. We must do better to protect the at-risk, vulnerable and poor everywhere. This is more than a #SaveOurAllies slogan, it's humanity and caring for our brothers and sisters.
