When they do eventually take down misinformation posts, Facebook does not send out a message to all those who have read or engaged with said fake news. It's not enough to take the posts down eventually. It's just not.

Before anyone does/nt like what I say re Facebook know this: I don't FB because I think they're dangerous. 15 +/- yrs ago they emailed me out of the blue to tell me they knew I lied about my birthdate. Women have always had to be more aware online since the get go

Fun fact: of course they’d know if you read it and when and where and what you were wearing at the time because that’s just the creeps they are - but they would still never warn you because then they’d hand you evidence of that
