      To clarify, I don’t believe Rodney wearing a coat would have prevented police from stopping him. I want to know if he needs a coat so he won’t be cold.

      Maybe we can send a gift card to the Walmart marked for the employee? Call store manager & give heads up? I haven't a clue what teenage boys wear but there's a Nordstrom & Macy's online....happy to to chip in for whatever!!
