My feed is full of an @latimes article saying 1 in 3 LA residents have had Covid. This article has no link to the paper, no explanation of the model, & doesn’t quote any actual modeling experts.
My wish for the new year is for science journalist to act like science journalists.
That looks like a combo journalist and editor fail. Contact the paper. They're good folks @latimes and ask for correction and/or to update the story.
