I know its unlikely but for the love of all that is good why does not one try to adapt Tsukihime!? And no lunar legend doesn't count.

Not unlikely, not after Higurashi got a new anime after 13 years. An adaptation is probably on hold until there is source material to work on since the remake story will bring along a lot of changes (retcons), meaning the original VN doesnt hold much validity in the new lore

It's so weird and breathtaking looking at this. Tsukihime remake no doubt must have been the biggest announcement for them and made fans happy. Imagine if FGO was announced at something like this....

FGO was announced at another big event. It was during the Fate/Stay Night anime remake event where they announced adaptations of UBW and HF. Fate/Strange Fake getting a serialization was also announced there. Needless to say, myself and others didn't care about FGO at that time.
