I think this decision is also informed by the times I have cleaned for a week, left a place better than I found it, and STILL had the landlord find some ridiculous excuse to deduct $50.

Oh I miss those days! We moved out of our old house, THEN got the old house ready to show to buyers. So glad I budgeted "cleaners" to come after "painters" and "carpet layers".
