Er. Yes? The 1st Amendment doesn't mean that folks saying bigoted things aren't bigots. But going into a restroom SPECIFICALLY to make people uncomfortable (which is what they were doing by their own admission in their plans) isn't really "free speech."

The girl's actions were self defense to a male high school student entering the girl's bathroom whether or not she was 'confronted.' This is a deep & threatening invasion of privacy. It was not a 'protest' but male on female abuse & violence & was met correctly

The female student acted correctly/reasonably. Violence 'deplored' by the District should be the violence to women by these male students There is NO excuse to enter a girl's bathroom. If the boys were unhappy, THEY should have gone to Administration FIRST. The girl was correct

I'm trying to figure out why males would be so threatened by a trans boy being in the boys' bathroom. My guess is they're worried about "girls" finding out their dick size. Well, guess what. Penis size ideologies are a product of toxic masculinity and patriarchy, too.

A lot of male social status is derived from demonstrating open hostility, towards anyone seen as different from those one views as equal or superior. If you google 'dominance hierarchy' you'll get recommendations where
