I noticed that many of these are temp roles (assoc. producer in particular) - how long do you expect for them to last? Is there any possibility of conversion into a full time role? Basically how do you guys do the temp thing

That's something I don't have definite answers for (since I'm not HR)
But from my personal observations, I've seen folks convert to full-time in the past.
