    W4Q4 My greatest take away is that I need to teach them how to react to behaviors. Also how to have positive communication when a situation is negative instead of overreacting. If I teach them they will have more reason to be kind to others.

    W4Q3 Behaviors do make an impact in the classroom. We have to focus on positive behaviors. When negative behaviors arise we have to try to make them into learning experiences.

    W4Q2 I feel we do a great job at RES going to extra mile to learn more about our students for data purposes. I believe we will continue to do this to help our students.

    W4Q1 There is a lot I look at as far as data goes. I find out if they’ve been to school before k, I talk to them personally to find out more about their personal lives, and their entry testing. This isn’t all I look at; this is just where I start.

    W3Q4 I think for our school wide behavior plan, we do a great job building relationships. I feel we need to do more of having a consequence that will work for the student and hold@them accountable for their actions.
